Who we are:
We are a network of job seeker ministries witnessing our faith. The individual ministries are mostly comprised of Believers and Faith Seekers in Job Transition. We are open to dialog with all faith communities. Our unique emphasis is a natural extension of NoCoNet and attracts a diverse group of people. Applying biblical principles, primarily love and faith, draws people to seek God’s purpose at a time of transition. God is our Rock.
We collaborate amongst all the ministries in our
NoCoFaithBuilders network so that we utilize each other's resources with
minimal duplication, and using non-church resources for job seekers.
An analogy can be made to an Aspen grove, the largest organism on earth. NoCoFaithBuilders is that network of living trees, all sprouting from a deep network of roots joining us together.
Our Statement
of Faith:
God is Good.
He loves us as we are.
He offers us the right to be His sons and daughters.
Nothing that we do will change that.
We are a fellowship of
Believers and Faith Seekers who are:
- using this opportunity of seeking a job to witness God’s providence in all things. In this way, we participate powerfully in His plan for all peoples to come to know Him;
- finding a deeper understanding of our faith in this time of career transition, each person at a different place in the journey;
- active in our job search, using all the tools God has provided through our group and secular resources;
- prayerful, servant-minded, appreciative, relational. Affirming of each other;
- Godly men and women of courage and integrity
- supporting all churches that are doing the same
We aren’t
:

a support or recovery group. We support each other spiritually, but this is not a long-term "hospital" group.

replacing training available at NoCoNet,

waiting for prayer to drop a job in our laps

a replacement for a job seeker already in a small or home group in their home church
